NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Chad Chiniquy

Real estate has been a passion of mine since the late 1980s. To pay for college, I worked at a real estate consulting firm and learned the business from the ground up. My Mentor at the company told me that even though I had poor credit and no capital, I could still make money in the real estate business. I did not believe him at first, but was pleasantly surprised to find out that he was right. A lot has changed in the business over the past 25+ years, but one thing remains constant: real estate is a great way to create wealth!

So, with my Mentor’s help and training, I charged out and started making offers. It was tough at first and I was frustrated that many of the offers that I was submitting were not accepted. My Mentor told me to be patient and that the right deal would come along. I am so glad I listened to him. Looking back now, I was fortunate that my first few offers were not accepted, because it was a great time for me to see firsthand how the entire process worked. It also taught me the important lesson of finding the right property. Before long, I knew that real estate was going to be my future, so I dropped out of college to pursue it full time. That was one of the best decisions I have ever made.

After a few years in the business, I realized that I could be a lot more successful if I had better access to funding. I then got a job at a mortgage company to learn all of the secrets of that industry. In the early 1990s I left that company to start my own mortgage firm. That was another smart move. Over the last 27+ years I have funded over $3 Billion in real estate transactions for Real Esate investors, and funding remains an integral part of my company.

Over the years, my experience and expertise grew. I have personally owned nearly $100 Million in real estate, and have been a partner or consultant on countless other transactions. I have done just about every type of deal you can think of. I’ve owned rental properties, multi-family units, commercial buildings, and undeveloped land. I have built luxury homes that have sold for millions of dollars, and owned a trailer park where rents were just a couple hundred dollars. I have become an expert in just about every aspect of the real estate business. From demolition and construction to the complicated world of acquisition and development financing… I’ve done it all. 

I love this industry! It has given me a lifestyle that I would have never dreamed of. Moreover, I love teaching people the secrets and strategies that I have perfected over the years. You see, I have made my share of mistakes along the way. What I am passionate about now, is training people the right way to do things, and making sure they do not make mistakes and lose money.

I started formally training students in 1999, and over the past 15 years have helped literally thousands of people reach their financial goals. Now I meet and train people from all over the world how to make money and create wealth. I have the knowledge and experience. Now I am fortunate to be able to share my secrets of success with you.

My Story

I always knew I wanted to go far in life, so I worked hard to become the first person in my family to graduate from college. After graduation, I thought my future was a guaranteed success. Then once I started having to make student loan payments, my dreams of a better life seemed out of reach.

I felt frustrated and helpless, but I had worked too hard to let my dreams slip away. I dove into financial literacy and came up with a system that allowed me to eliminate debt, save more, and invest for my future. Now I empower others on their journey to financial freedom.

Why I Do It

Financial literacy is not a term I ever heard growing up. While my parents did their best to provide for our family, they lived paycheck to paycheck most of their lives. Seeing my family struggle inspired me to aim higher. But despite my best efforts, I still found myself drowning in debt.

Once I was debt-free, I realized that the methods I used could help others like me who wanted the same but didn’t grow up with the framework to make it happen. So I made it my mission to help as many people as possible create healthy financial habits and a better life for themselves and their families.
